Payment Rules

No work will begin until payment is received, and payment is only necessary after a commission is confirmed.Paypal, Ko-fi, and Cashapp are the only payment methods I accept.After you approve the cleaned sketch, your commission is non-refundable.Any edits to the linework will be an additional charge on a case by case basis.If I cancel a commission after payment, for any reason, a refund will be issued. the reason does NOT have to be disclosed.Adopt sales are nonrefundable for any reasons.

Commission Process

Due to the uncertainty of my personal life, I do not have a specified turnaround time for any commission work. I am not willing to work around any form of deadline.I must have artistic liberty with poses. I will ask for info on the character, such as personality traits and interests, but I will not work under tight restraints and specific requests.During the commission process, you must be able to respond within 24-48 hours of updates. If you are unable to respond during this time, I will move forward to the next step of your commission regardless. The only time this does not apply is when you, the client, are approving the sketch.WIPs are sent during the process for: pose approval, clean sketch, linework, and flat coloring. The final product that you receive will be the shaded product, and will not require final approval. Any changes after the shaded product is received will require an additional charge on a case by case basis.

General TOS

Any designs received from me CANNOT be resold for more than the initial price, unless the design has added value through commissions and/or personal art. This still applies, even under closed species terms of service, regardless of if those terms allow otherwise. Gift art, art recieved via ArtFight do not add value. Art obtained via art trades or art for OC trades does. However, please also respect the other artist’s TOS.You do not have permission to edit my art in ANY circumstance, including redesigns. If you require edits due to things such as minor design update, please contact me first. I am than willing to edit my own work for free for you.You may redesign any character or design you receive from me, as long as the design is still recognizable. You may not edit my art for the purpose of redesigning. it must be either commissioned art or your own original art.
I do not consent to use of my art and designs in any way for Ai or NFT content.Do not use my designs in any art that depicts feral NSFW, animal genitalia, fetish content depicting minors (including binkies, diaper play, etc.,), hateful content (especially that targeting LGBT+ and other minority groups), pro MAGA contentDo not copy or take direct inspiration from any of my work.
If any of these terms of service are broken, I have full right to blacklist you, revoking the permission to use any of my artwork and/or designs.
To clarify, this is not revoking character ownershipYou do not have permission to repost with the intent of gaining profitsDo not use my art in any way to make a profit of any type. If you wish you use my art for merchandise, we can discuss an agreement privately. You may, however, use my art to make personal items, such as single acrylic stands, t-shirts, blankets, etc.

Physical Mediums

traditional badges are + $40 of the digital commission style. shading comes default on traditional pieces, however, the level of shading is at my discretion. these can be laminated and sent to you upon request at no additional cost (shipping outside the U.S. may have an additional charge)Perler bead badges have two size options. By default, these are symmetrical. These may be shipped to you at no additional charge. Shipping outside of the US may incur an additional charge. We may discuss further privately. Please see below for more information regarding prices:29x29 : often 5” x 5”, these have the least amount of detail. There is heavy amounts of simplification. Not recommended for designs with complex or precise markings
58x58 : often 11”x11”, these have more detail, allowing for more markings. Still, however, these are still simplifiedThere are add on options for these.

$- : name (cost varies with length and size. This is a separate badge from the main “face” badge)
